Dark Amy emerges

"What the hell did she go?" asked Kennedy.

Then it came to her. "Oh my God! Dark Buffy took her to the roof of the high school."

"Come on then," said Giles. "If that's where they went, then that's where we have to go."

"Even Buffy?" asked Willow, noting Buffy's **** to go anywhere outside the library while she was still naked.

"Yes, even Buffy," said Giles.

And with that, Giles, Xander, Willow, Jonathan, Buffy and even present Amy left the library to try and catch up with Dark Buffy.

"They're not going to make it," said Halfrek.

"And you know that how?" asked Kennedy.

"Oh, don't bother asking her how she knows it," said future Amy. "Halfrek can take us to where Dark Buffy really went in time to save Faith. All I have to do is make a wish."

"Oh, please," said Halfrek. "Granting a wish from you is the last thing I'd do."

Then Halfrek inserted some earplugs in her ears. "Especially if I can't hear you."

Halfrek then smirked, only to be immediately slapped by future Amy.

"I'm not fooling around, Halfrek," said future Amy. "I wish that you would take me and Kennedy to wherever Dark Buffy went in time to save Faith."

"Amy," said Kennedy, "are you sure about this?"

"Don't have time to hold your hand right now, sweetheart," said future Amy as her hair grew darker by yet another degree. "Right now I gotta make Halfrek grant my wish."

"I wouldn't grant a wish from you right now if my life depended on it," said Halfrek. "And yes, I can read lips but a wish doesn't count if I can't hear it unless the person who makes it is dea -- Ow! You slapped me again!"

"We tried playing nice with you justice demons," said future Amy, "and it didn't work. So now I have **** but to do this the not-so-nice way."

"What are you going to do, Amy?" asked Halfrek. "Turn me into a rat?"

"No," said future Amy. "Instead I think I'll open a portal."

"What good would that do?" asked Halfrek.

"I'm preparing to open a portal to the Hellmouth, Halfrek," said future Amy. "It's right below this library and if I judge things right --"

"You're going to open a portal to the Hellmouth?" asked Kennedy. "Are you insane? Why would you want to do that?"

"Because if Halfrek is not going to grant my wish, then I'll have **** but to throw her good friend Anya into that portal so that she could take an one-way trip to the Hellmouth," said future Amy. "And if Halfrek still doesn't grant my wish, then she will be the next person going into that portal. It will just be a question of whether I knock her **** first -- or whether I turn her into a human first so that I can toss her into the portal fully conscious and listen to her scream all the way down."
