Chapter 9 by Artvan1

Can Sara get Mark to Submit at Work?

Coffee Boy

The next week was busy for Sara as she had meetings with almost all of the Directors and Partners at the firm while continuing to work on her projects, leaving her no time to expand Mark's submissiveness at home. As Sara and Mark walked into the building on Thursday, the first day of the year below 20 degrees, the young couple both made their way to the break room to warm up with an early morning coffee. However, before Sara could grab her mug from the cabinet one of the directors popped her head into the kitchenette and asked if Sara could come with her to work on one of their projects. Dejected, Sara started to walk out of the break room before turning to Mark and asking, "I am so cold. Can you please get me my coffee?"

Not thinking much about it, Mark made the two cups of coffee before adding a splash of cream and went to find Sara who mouthed a simple thank you as he handed her cup before leaving to go towards his workstation. As Sara sipped the burnt pot coffee she thought about how much better coffee tastes from a French Press and how wonderful it would be if Mark would always bring her coffee so she could jump right into her day.

On her way home Sara stopped at the local coffee shop and purchased two state of the art French Press machines, a couple of coffee grinders and a few bags of coffee beans. Once home, she placed one French Press on the counter and called Mark into the kitchen. "Sweetie, you've got to try this. First you fill the grinder to the line. Next you grind using the coarse button and pour the coffee grinds into the French Press, which you will then fill up with hot water. Let in steep for a few minutes and slowly lower the plunger. Finally you pour and serve!"

After trying the cup of coffee Mark was in agreement that it did taste better but it was so much more work compared to the Keurig. However he didn't really care one way or the other and figured it would just be easier to agree. "I knew you would agree. Now be a good boy and throw out that Keurig. I also got a French Press for work so no more bad coffee!" With that Sara turned around and walked out of the kitchen leaving Mark to his task.

The next morning as Sara and Mark walked into the building she turned to him and said "I have to run up to work on that project from yesterday. I'll be in the same office as last time and don't forget to use the French Press" before hurrying to the elevator.

About half an hour later Sara had a huge smile on her face as she quietly sipped her coffee. Her plan was going to take some time but it would all be worth it.

How is the Weekend?
