Yes, but she loses something

Anna swam back up to the surface, sputtering water. She regained herself, and began swimming towards the boat. “Whew! That was awful! I bet everyone is laughing at how hard I fell off right now.” Anna thought, a light red blush rising to her cheeks. The boat began turning around, slowly coming back towards her. Anna swam steadily, and accidentally brushed her hand against her bare hip. Confused, Anna took a moment to realize that should’ve been where her suit was.

Quickly, she realized she no longer felt her suit...anywhere! She gasped, and quickly looked all over the surrounding water, searching for anything resembling the bright red garment formerly covering all her assets.

“Oh my god! How did this happen?” Anna thought nervously, realizing the boat would soon be closing in on her. After thinking for a moment, she concluded that the suit must have been ripped off her body by the water when she fell off the tube. “What am I gonna do?” She thought, as the boat reached within 50 feet of her, and slowed to a small speed. Anna quickly sank below the water, her bare shoulders barely visible above the waterline. She hoped she could find a way out of the awkward situation.
