Hit and Run

Poisonhook looked around. Most of the goblins were dead, or else had run away. The few that were still here looked uncertain as to whether they should be, and on his side, no one had been hurt - other than the two who'd disappeared, and even then that was only a maybe. All told, they were doing pretty well.

An arrow whistled past him and embedded itself in the goblin leader. He grunted and broke the arrow's shaft, but he was badly wounded and the elf was circling.

Poisonhook pulled out a throwing knife and flung it at the goblin, then turned and started to run towards the caravan, wanting to get there ahead of anyone else. He'd heard the knife connect, but had no idea how bad the wound was.
