Townguard spot your pet

You casually walk inside the building as the woman is left outside, straining against the leash and trying in vain to pull free. Ignoring this sad, sad sight, you disappear through the doorway, snatch some coins from a nearby purse, and order yourself a drink.

Just as you’re about to sit down near the window to enjoy a sip, you glance out to see two figures approach your pet with hurried step. They’re both armed and armored in similar fashion, wearing plate, shields slung over one shoulder, spears leaning on the other: two townguards, coming over to inspect this strange scene and maybe hand out a public indecency ticket.

You take another glance - the two guards are women, and they don’t appear to be wearing punitive expressions like people ready to bring down the law on someone’s head. Rather, there is a mixture of worry and intent, like they’re rushing forwards to help a victim. Maybe the guard has heard of all your exploits the past little while, and is on the lookout for similar disturbances. Your pet muffles, drawing their attention.
