Andi joins me

As i was climbing into my car, trying to decide what to do next, Andi climbed into the passenger's seat. She was carrying what looked like an over night bag.

I'd tried my wife several times, but she was rejecting my calls. I could go home...but I was probably better off giving her time to cool off. Maybe then, if i still wanted to go home, she might listen.

"They'll be going at it for a while," she said. "They might work it out...I kinda hope they do. But I doubt mom will be cool with football Sundays after this."

I didn't know what to say, or what she was doing in my car.

"Sorry my mom blew up your marriage," she said.

"I would have probably done the same thing if i had been in her shoes," I admitted. "She was hurt and mad."

"So what are you gonna do?" Andi asked.

"I have no clue," I said.

"I've got some friends from college you could crash with," she said. "They are cool. Real open minded. No traditional students in their thirties. They would love to have you stay there for a day or two...maybe longer if you like."

"What kind of friends are these?"

"They're married," she said. "Both of them are bisexual. Both of them have a thing for college chicks and middle aged guys. Might make for a fun afternoon."

I didn't know if i was ready to go for something like that, especially after everything that had just happened.

"Or we can head down to the Days Inn and get a room," she said. "Did i mention i also have a thing for middle aged, bisexual men? I guess I have some daddy issues i need to work out...hopefully tonight...."
