Despite how odd the position feels, you don't find holding it to be too much of a problem. Sure, you want to go back into a slouch, but you've held far harder poses doing Yoga yesterday, and that was just on your own motivation. Still, it's unusual; Like some naughty prep-school girl in etiquette class, although leggings and a tank-top don't quite fit the theme.

You are a little bit surprised at the fact that you've let yourself get into this situation, though. Natalie does have a little bit of a bossy streak, but it's not like you've ever really acted out; Most of it has just been her trying to make you play her... weird... games. Kinda like now? But, not; Back then, she would make up contrived rules to get you to act as basically a prop while she lived out her make-believe scenario, whereas here... uh...

Okay, there is one major difference here - you're actually getting something out of it this time. You're still being bossed around like before, but you're actually interested in playing along. Although it's embarrassing to bend to her will so easily, that embarrassment is also a bit exciting. Nat's commanding presence is more a feature than a flaw here. She's making you do something you wouldn't usually do, but still want to do. And you still have the option of saying no, calling it off if you don't want to continue - Unlike when you were younger, and stuck with her as a babysitter.

Then again, you are a little bit worried about how far she's actually going to go, about what she has planned. You vaguely understand what she's doing here - You remember from one of the few videos that the being-bossed-around thing is usually a part of... this, and you're starting to see why. That posture-practice comparison is also inherently submissive, but the position you're in is also kinda... provocative? The way your legs are placed and the way you're keeping your back in is certainly helping to show off your ass, while & the position of your arms is almost "presenting" your breasts, pushing them forward and squeezing them a little closer together. This feels a bit more like it's for her, than for you. Then again, she's not here to see you, so maybe you're just overthinking things? At least 'Head up and straight' is at least a somewhat prideful pose. The fact that you're being made to do it does corrupt that, though; It's less a statement about your confidence, and closer to what someone may say about their staff being well-trained.

Worry has left you with a strong urge to fidget now. Or maybe that's the arousal? It feels like she's been away for some time, leaving you alone with your thoughts. Your right arm twitches, as you struggle with the temptation to just get up and move now. Your knees feel like they're burning. Relief comes as you hear Natalie descend. You stiffen up, trying to make sure you kept the same pose she left you in. As the door opens, she announces:

"Great work! You can relax now."

You huff as you slouch back into a relaxed position, glad that you're able to move again. She lugs in a large duffel bag as you bend and stretch your arms and legs in a slightly-exaggerated manner. She spends little time with it though, tossing it beside the sofa as she comes to sit next to you, reaching across your front to give you a hug. It's quite a close one, and as her chest presses into yours, you realise that your nipples are a little stiff. She leans back after a couple of seconds to question you:

"So, Karen, how did you find that?"
