Once he got home, Spencer whipped his phone out. Taking into account last night, and what Amy had said about Cindy, he was eager to check on her.

'Hey Cindy. How r u?'

'Im good Spencer thanks'

'np'

'so how was ur day?'

'good. I might of told Amy about us...'

'uhh how much?'

'friends with benefits as she put it'

'LOL did she say that?'

'yeah -_- guess Ive got a good education to thank for that...'

'i do my best ;)'

'sure do'

'how did she take it?'

'better than I expected tbh'

'well thats good'

'guess so'

'Anyway I better gte back to marking work cus oon'

Spencer took in a deep breath before putting his phone away. Again Cindy had found a way to leave him confused, although this time she was confused. Naturally, he wanted answers but he also understood that he'd have to wait for Cindy to be ready to give them. After a sigh, he climbed the stairs to his study, where he continued one of his freelance assignments, waiting for his phone to buzz again.

It was when he was in the shower when his phone rang. After rushing out of the shower, he answered the call. "Hello?"

"Hey it's me Spence." Cindy said.

"Hey."

"Sorry, I know it's late-"

"It's fine Cindy. Really."

"Okay. Cool. Well, I was wondering if you want to meet tomorrow night? I wanna talk face to face."

"Of course Cindy."

"Right, I'll uhh... see you then."

"Goodnight Cindy."
