You reach the front of line and just like the in Captain America The First Avenger and just like in the movie you are rejected because and Health issues and Physical Problems, and then you figure out if this is just like the movie then you need to go out to the Stark expo with Bucky.

Only then does he decide to enlist once more and ends up meeting Dr Abraham Erskine, after meeting him you decide to change the story to your own making.
