Maisie comes over for girls' night.

A new text popped up right away from Maisie. "I'm sorry hon," she wrote. "I'm coming over right now. Wine and weed is on me tonight." She sent a kissing face selfie and then stopped responding. Sarah assumed that the supermodel had gotten into her car for the drive over.

The door slammed shut behind her. "Woo hooooo!" Maisie cheered. "The fuck boy is gone for good!" She took a deep drag of her cigarette and blew it into Sarah's face. "How are you feeling, baby? Do you feel like the bad bitch that you are?" She kissed her best friend's face two times, like the French did it. Her breath smelled like wine.

"Hey Maisie," Sarah said.

"Have you been drinking?" she asked.

"No," Sarah said.

Maisie pushed her fingers into Sarah's mouth and pulled it open. She gently pushed the open wine bottle between her lips. "Time to catch up then, okay babe?" she said. Maisie had a fire in her eyes tonight.
