The fluffiest outfit ever

Lucy starts by handing you bright baby blue panties, covered completely in ruffles. “Now be a good little sissy and put these on.” You slide them up, and are amazed at just how soft they feel on your legs as they slide up, and how tight yet perfect they feel once they are in place. You can’t help but move your hands up and down the silky material until the manager snaps you out of it.

“Mmmm now those look nice on you, almost as if you were made to be our sissy. Now put these on next cutie.” She helps you slide on white nylons, arranging the lines perfectly up your smooth legs. The nylons go all the way up your thighs, where they are attached to your panties through suspenders.

Before you can enjoy how amazing your legs look in the nylons, Lucy comes behind you and attaches a lacy white bra around your chest. The small a cup bra locks easily around your chest. You get a glance of your lingerie in the mirror, and blush as your natural instinct is to cover yourself. This only makes Lucy laugh, before she brings out the main item, a baby blue frilly dress. She slides it over your head, guiding your arms through the puffy sleeves before zipping it up in back. The baby blue is complimented by lacy white trim throughout, and the puffy skirt with white petticoats starts just under your chest and barely reaches to cover your panties. There are also small pink ribbons throughout the dress, accentuating the girly colors. The collar seems thighs around your throat with more white frills, and you fail to notice the small silver padlock Lucy attaches to the back that secures the collar around your throat, as well as keeping the back zipper hidden high in place.

Lucy finishes the outfit with black three inch heeled Mary Janes, as well as fluffy baby blue wrist and ankle cuffs. She steps back to enjoy her work, stating “now that is an outfit worthy of a sissy... but we are still missing something. I know! Hair and make up!”

You are already so far in, there is little reason to resist as she gets the tools to finish the job.
