Head To Hunters Rest For Supplies

Though the city was closer I headed for Hunters Rest. Mostly since I had to get the horse and buggy and also so I could check on the cow girls. They had produced more milk then I thought possible even between the two of them and their nipples where still leaking milk. I canceled out my spells I had put on them and then headed for the city. The fort had come a long way now having a working gate house and most of the outer wall complete. I could see they where building the towers now.

I saw several red tents beside a building being built. The brothel no doubt. She had gone all out with two floors that covered a large area. The place was designed like buildings in the city with timber frame. The walls between would be made out of a Now that the frame was up all that was left was to tile the roof, lay the floor boards and fill in the the walls with a wooden lattice which was coated with some combination of wet soil, clay, sand, animal dung or straw and then plastered over.

I saw emerald talking to some worker who was pointing something out. I saw her laugh and touch her shoulder. She used what she had learned to get men to do what she wanted only she didn't have to fuck them now to get it. She had people that would do that for her. The man headed back to work and she headed toward one of the tents.

“Looking good.” I said and she saw me.

“She is coming along nicely don't you think.” She walked over and smiled.

“I meant you but the building looks nice as well.” I teased and kissed her hand when she offered it.

“Not long now and we will be open for business.” She smiled as she turned and took my arm.

“I guess I can take you out to dinner to celebrate if you still want to.”

“Of course I would love to. I might even have a business opportunity for you if you are interested but we can talk about it over dinner." She said taking my arm and walking with me. Her breast rubbing against my arm.

"Now's good. How much are we talking?"

"That depends all on you sugar. I want to build another brothel up at Fairhaven before someone else does. Its a prime spot with the soldiers coming and going. All I need is the coin but most of my coin I spent here so..." She shrugged and looked at me.

"So you need an investor?"

"Yes. My girls are making decent money but not enough for me to build another brothel yet." She shrugged. I was beginning to think from the green skin she was half goblin though she didn't look like any half goblin I had seen.

"And what is in it for me?"

"Well besides your money back with interest. I can give you the deed to the brothel as collateral to cover the debt if you are willing to cover half of the cost at around five gold. That would more then cover the construction cost." She shrugged. Hell if she didn't pay me back I got my land back and a building all ready built on it. The Queen had paid me twenty five gold for the midnight lotus recipe I had recovered.

"What if I was to give you the whole ten. What assurances would I have?"

"The other five gold would be for staffing. Not something I need to do right away mind you but if you did give me ten gold many of my girls here or under contract as indentured servants which I could put forward as additional collateral. If I fail to pay back the money you get the brothel and many of the girls. Until then I would still run the place as I see fit but as my business partner you are welcome to sample the merchandise as you see fit."

"Would that be deducted from the money you would owe me." I smiled.

"Ah, you are smart but I wouldn't do that to you. We can hash out the details over at dinner. On the plus side you would get one other thing that can't be bought in my brothel." She said as she stopped.

"And what would that be?"

"My eternal gratitude of course. Think it over and get back to me." She touched my chest and gave me a kiss on the lips. I knew part of it was her buttering me up but I enjoyed it all the same.

"As always a pleasure my lady." I smiled. I headed to the fort next to see the contractor.

“I was wondering when you would come back by.” The architect said as I approached his tent.

“I had to travel for business.” I shrugged.

“I know the feeling, me and my family move a lot. We go where the work is. So I had three offers on your land. I told them they would have to wait if the wished to buy till I could get back to you. If you choose not to sell I will gladly buy the trees off of them.” He dug around his papers he had laid out on the table.

“There is a whole forest across the river.”

“That's what some of my men said." He laughed. "That land is protected by dryads. The local carpenter tried to warn a couple of my guys but they didn't listen. It took us a half hour to untangle them from the vines. We get most of our wood shipped down the river from upstream.”

“What about everything on the riverside of my property. About an Acre from the shore." I said. I was going to lose it when they built the wall anyways.

"That should do it and then some. I can see that you are paid well for every tree." He nodded and handed me the papers.

"So what do we got?" I looked them over.

“A brewery?”

“Ah, yes. A couple had there own little home brewery making gnomish ale in the city. After the goblin attacks and cut off trade with the gnomish kingdom they are one of the few who sell it. They can't make it fast enough to keep up with demand. It's just as good as what they make up north and a hell of a lot cheaper then shipping it clear across the north.” He smiled.

“I have a feeling if I say no, all of your men might strike.” I joked and handed him the paper back.

“Probably."

“General goods store. I can see a need for that out here.” I handed him the paper back. “And last but not least. Tailor? This is a strange place to want to open up a shop.”

“Two elvish sisters, they had a shop up wolveswood before the orcs attacked. They don't need a huge plot of land. So only two gold. Nothing else I am sure Emeralds whores will stay well dressed."

“Lets make it a gold for them. I am feeling charitable today.” I handed him the paper.

“Can do. If you want to offer everyone the same discount as emerald and round it down that is five gold total.”

“Sounds good. Fill out the paper work and collect the money. I will cut you in for a gold.”

“Really?” He looked at me.

“You are doing all of the work here. Just keep them coming my way and there is more money where that came from.”

“Will do.” He shook my hand. I guess I was starting to become a merchant. I bought some wood from Bernard and told him about the trees coming his way. I was sure it would mean more work for him but he didn't seem to mind. Hell he was probably making a killing. I headed out to Harry's farm next which was now growing nicely. It looked like him and the others would make the harvest this year after all. I got off the horse and walked up to the farm as the minotaur walked out butt ass naked. I thought I had a good sized penis but Brutus could beat a man to death with that thing.

"Damnit Brutus put some pants on. I swear we get a new cow." Harry came over yelling.

"The crops looking good." I smiled as she got close.

"Yep. Some elven friend of Felicia's helped. Waved her hand over my plants and they started growing. I gave her some chickens in exchange. Plus they gave me the cowgirl to help out. Not sure if she is to old to have babies or not but nothing else old Brutus is happy. So what can I do for you?"

"I need hay if you have it."

"Sure thing kid." He nodded and loaded me up with as much as my wagon could carry.

"Hey, if your looking to buy Daisy is still up for sell."

"I will think about it." I had my hands full before with the other two cowgirls but at least now the other two cowgirls could milk each other with just a little magic from me. I headed back home and picked up Felecia who just made it to the cabin. She had bought food for dinner wanting to make dinner for me to welcome me back. I lead her to the new house to meet Aurora.

"Here we are." I smiled as we got close.

"Where is it?" She looked around from on top of the horse. That was what that felt like I thought. I could see it now that I had been there but she couldn't.

"Take my hand." I said and led her and the horse across the barrier.

"Wow. That is so cool." She said as we passed through.

"Only people who have been here can find it so lets keep it a secret for now." I winked at her. I kind of liked the idea of a place I could go where no one could find me unless I wanted them to. It was one of my favorite things about the woods.

"Okay." She nodded. We grabbed some straw and headed inside were Aurora was waiting on us.

"Hello." She said shyly at Felicia.

"Hey, you must be Aurora. I am Felicia." Felicia dropped the hay and ran over giving Aurora a hug.

"She is really friendly." I smiled.

"I can tell." Aurora said as if she was being hugged to death.

"Why is there a burn mark on the floor?" I asked not remembering it being there and it looked fresh.

"I saw a spider so I used a fire ball spell but the wood caught fire so I had to put it out with the water you gave me. Sorry." Aurora said as she put her hands behind her back and pouted as she put her head down. She looked as if she was afraid I might punish her. Given how slaves where treated in the dark woods I could understand why.

"It's okay. Just no more dangerous magic in the house." I kissed her forehead.

"Okay. I promise." She smiled.

"Cool, you can do magic to like my master?" Felicia grinned and Aurora nodded. "This place is so are we going to live here?" Felicia looked at me and smiled.

"Once we fix it up a little, nothing else it will save you a walk to and from work." I replied. "Do you have to work tonight?"

"No. Rose said I could have the night off since you are home." I knew all to well why Rose had said it.

"I need to head back to the farm to help Selena with something. Can you stay and hangout with Aurora tonight?" I knew Felicia could smell both of us to know what we had done last night and that they had probably talked. I felt a little bad about sticking her with Aurora considering she had gone through some trouble to welcome me home.

"Sure." Felicia smiled. I think she was happy to have someone else she could befriend.

"Thanks. You can help protect her from spiders. I will make it up to you tomorrow I promise. Now. You two go up and pick out rooms upstairs and we will start there."

"Okay." They said and darted up the stairs. Nothing else I could make the beds, fix them if needed and replace any floor boards. Aurora found an new use for the basic stirring water spell as she used it to move water across the floor in a sweeping motion. Then using the wind spell to dry the floor. I thought I was versatile in my use of magic but she had only been at it a day and had thought of uses for magic I hadn't even thought of but she was an elf.

I returned to the farm before dark knowing Selena might need me to get her through the night again. I went up to the farm where the girls where winding down for the day as they put away there tools in the back side of the big tent.

"Hey you." Delilah smiled. "Got to say you really milked my girls for all they had."

"Actually I got them to milk each other. I tried a few different spells."

"Well what ever it was it more then makes up for not having Taura here. Did you enjoy the cheese?"

"That was from the girls?" I smiled. It wasn't bad and it wasn't the first time I had tried it.

"Yes, I made it after I got back." She nodded.

"Hey." I smiled at Selena as she came over.

"Hello." She blushed lightly. "Where is Felicia?"

"Staying with a friend of mine. Hopefully you will get to meet her soon. She is a light elf but she grew in darkwater."

"Where is that?" Selena asked.

"It's a dark elf city in the empire. I take it she is a slave." Delilah said. I forget that Selena knew little if anything about the empire.

"She was." I nodded and looked at Selena. "How are you feeling?"

"A little um you know..." She blushed

"Horny?" Her mom finished.

"Yeah, but the moon isn't up yet. That's when its the worst. You saw what it gets like then if I don't... So if Felicia isn't coming home is it okay if I sleep at the cabin tonight."

"Yes dear." Her mom nodded as she looked at me. We went back to the cabin.

"So what do you want to do?" I asked closing the door.

"I don't know. Last night was my only real sexual experience but I as horny as I am getting I can do anything you like. We could start maybe with a little bit of magic from that book of yours."
