A new helper

Vanessa pulled Lauren's feet apart. Lauren saw her knees spreading. Gasping, she slammed her hands over her crotch just as it was revealed.

"Lauren, quit playing with yourself and do your sit-ups!" Vanessa chided.

"Yeah, work off that pudge!" Britney cackled.

Lauren bit her lip and closed her eyes. Then, with shaking, pained **** she released her crotch, giving Mark his first unobstructed view of her womanhood. She couldn't face them knowing what they were seeing. She just had to try to get this over with. She raised herself up, struggling to do more crunches. She could barely pull herself into another though, and fell back huffing and puffing.

"Maybe Lauren wouldn't have such difficulty if someone stronger held her feet down." Britney suggested. "Maybe... Mark?"

"I'll do it!" Mark blurted out eagerly. Britney was a little annoyed by how eager he was, but her goal here was to embarrass Lauren. Vanessa smiled down at the mortified Lauren, then stood and moved aside as Mark came to take her place...
