To the Castle.

You walk up the long winding road, cursing with every soaked step. The rain continues to downpour like crazy around you. Understandably, you are more than pissed off by the time you reach the front of the castle. Shivering from the frigid cold, you begin to slam mercilessly on the wooden door.

"Goodness gracious! Another visitor?" You hear a voice from the inside saying. "Who else would be out on such a night?" The door slowly opens and you find yourself staring at a young and very cute chamber maid of some sort, dressed in a tightly fitting dress that accentuated her chest nicely. She looks you up and down and cocks an eyebrow. "Can I help you, sir?"

"Y-yes." You reply. "I need a place to come in for the night. I'll die out in the cold."

"I'm sorry sir, but we can't allow strangers to-"

"THERE YOU ARE!" A female voice shouted and you both turn to see another young chamber maid storming up at you. You recognize the face and the bust almost instantly. It's Doe.

"Doe! Wha-" She cuts you off by drawing her hand back and slapping you as hard as she could across the cheek. The other maid gasps in shock as your head recoils from the blow.

"What in the Hell are you doing out in the rain, you idiot?" She seethes. "Why aren't you doing your job?"

"Doe, are you out of-" Your sentence ends prematurely once more as a second hard slap sends you reeling again.

"Do you know this man, Doe?" The chambermaid asks.

"Yes! He's the new stableboy and he's out galavanting about instead of doing his job!" She turns to you angrily. "Go meet me in the stables now! In case you forgot," She adds, "it's just around the left side of the castle! Now move it before I slap you again!" And with that, she slams the door in your face. The rain continues to pour down and this time you're glad, because it cools the stinging of your cheeks. What in the fuck was that for?
