You get "Fat"

Having Harry around and looking after him was fun. It was way more interesting with two people in the castle. You could talk to him, show him your drawings and play games together. He was only a little boy and was scared of the big dragon you had just got used too. Whenever I knight came you told him to go to his room so that he would not see or hear what was going on. Having someone to cook for you started experimenting with your food and meals. Also since Harry could write he could send orders out for specific ingredients to be delivered with your weekly supplies. You made sure he bathed with you every day before bed.

About three months went by and you noticed you were getting fat. Your clothes didn't fit as well as they use to. You started doing more exercise to lose weight. You had a whole extra floor to explore and a boisterous and inquisitive little brother to keep up with. You played hide and seak (a game you couldn't do before) and chased him around the castle (or what you had access to). However, no matter what you did you gained weight and started to get cravings for weird foods. You had Harry request some looser fitting dresses be delivered along with the foods you were craving. After another three months, your belly was really sticking out and you were beginning to panic. You got odd feelings coming from inside and your breasts had swelled up and started leaking fluid that looked like and tasted a bit like milk.

Harry now 8 having celebrated his birthday knew nothing but had said that when he lived with mum and dad he had seen women with this body shape gett bigger then shrink back down. He had seen them when looking out his bedroom window from the castle he could see them from a distance as they went around the capital.

You needed to seek help. You had no clue what was going on or how long it would last. Harry said that the women who looked like this in the capital went stopped coming to market or court so he didn't see them for months. If he did see them again it was many months later but some he never saw again.

The closest source of information was the dragon. You knew it could speak and had flown out of the castle many times so might know about it. But what would a dragon know about human bodies except how to cook and eat them.

It wouldn't hurt to ask right? if not you could put on your shoes and socks and seek help in the nearby village if the dragon would let you or escort you.
