You make it home.

It was dark when we arrived at my house where all of this madness started I looked over at Jessica sleeping in the passenger seat and decided not to bother her just yet. I wasn’t sure how she would react to seeing the genie. Part of me was a little nervous that she would some how mess things up. I climbed out of the car and walked up to the door. It was still locked but I simply grabbed the spare from the little rock and opened the door. I clicked on the lights as I walked back to the bedroom to get the lamp. I could feel the tiny hairs standing on the back of my neck as I reached out to the doorknob and opened it.
