Laying down the law

Jessica was having a difficult time processing what had happened. In such a short amount of time she'd been turned into a personal **** for the girl she'd had such a fierce rivalry with for years. Not only was she **** to obey every command and call her 'Mistress', but now Valerie was able to shape the world however she liked.

"Mistress - I mean Mistress - damn it!" Jessica felt a wave of frustration building up at her helplessness, "I know we've had our differences in the past, but please, I'm in a really tough spot here and I'd really appreciate your help." It was all Jessica could do to keep her composure.

Valerie put her hand on the genie's shoulder, "There there. I know it can be tough to accept sudden changes in life, but from now on, things are going to be different. You always liked helping people, yes? Now you have the perfect opportunity to do that."

Jessica took a step back, and she noticed the predatory grin on her rival's face. There was something chilling about how calm she was.

"First of all," her new Mistress spoke, "Let's lay down some ground rules. I wish that you had to grant my wishes in the way you truly think I intended them." A shot of arousal ran through Jessica's body. She didn't know if she'd previously had the power to manipulate and twist wishes, but she certainly didn't anymore.

"Secondly, I wish that this ring can never be removed from my body unless I explicitly wish it to of my own free will." The arousal spread through the genie's body, causing her skin to tingle out of desire. Valerie was being very thorough with covering her bases.

"Finally..." Valerie tapped her chin in thought. Despite herself, Jessica could feel an orgasm closing in. "I wish that you were incapable of cumming without my permission."

Jessica screamed out as another wave rode through her, but while it brought her right to the crest, it went no further. Jessica stood there for a moment, panting, her whole body sweating. She knew that she was close.

"Mistress, please..." Her pride and dignity were fading fast. The whole evening had left Jessica all worked up, but now she had no way to relieve herself. Valerie only laughed at her predicament.

"Well, that should do the job for now. I'll continue tomorrow after some more thought. For now, enjoy your party!" She turned to leave, but gave one final comment before walking out the door, "Though I suppose you won't be able to enjoy it as much as the others."

And with that, the Mistress left her genie a hot and sweaty mess as she returned to her home. The next day would bring some wonderful changes.
