After some time you need to shift your position slightly, since having Melody this close to you, the feeling the warmth of her body pressing against yours, her arms wrapped around you as if she would never let you go, has started to have an effect on your body, as much as you try to fight it. So bit by bit you move your hips away from hers, hoping she will neither notice your movement, nor your rising erection.
Thankfully Melody does not seem to notice, her breathing has at last become more quiet and relaxed, she seems to be asleep. Then, slowly you can feel yourself slipping away into the land of dreams yourself. At first you try to fight it, not wanting this feeling to end, but eventually even your iron resolve wears away and you are falling asleep, but then you notice Melody mumble a few words in her sleep.
“No wait! Oh no, I do, please, just stay with me, I’ll do anything!”
She is probably dreaming about that bastard Keith, you think grimly. You despise him for what he has done to her and hope that she won’t be too forgiving towards him.
“I love you, please don’t push me away, please Jack , please!”
It takes a moment for you to realize that she is talking about you, it seems that she wants you secretly as much as you want her. The only thing you can think of is holding her tight now and assuring her while she is asleep that you feel the same. So you remain awake for another hour or so, though it feels like days, caressing her soft skin, stroking her silken hair and whispering compliments and soft words into her ear. At first she still moves around but in the end she leans in to your caress and relaxes fully, wrapping her arms around you once more in her sleep, digging her fingernails into your skin again, but even this slight pain is pleasure to you in this state. Eventually even with this new adrenalin rush and with Melody in your arms, you finally fall asleep.
