"That May Have Been My Fault !"

Jeff was perplexed. "What on earth made her pick that file for people to access and print out ?" he asked Carol on Friday morning. "Ah, well, that may have been my fault" Carol admitted gallantly. "She'd set up a file called Debbitest.proc which just says something like, this is a test for process 2155c. But I didn't know that and when I got the photos for her medical exam, I coincidentally called the file Debbitest.pics, not knowing there was this other one. She must have clicked on the wrong one by mistake when pasting" Carol concluded, like butter wouldn't melt in her mouth. All files were her handiwork of course. Jeff laughed. "Oh well, no harm done. Best not tell her though eh, when she comes back on Tuesday ?" Carol agreed. "No, spare her blushes. I'll spread the word !"

Carol's desk was the centre of much activity that day as confused and amused team leaders and managers came to discuss the photos they had printed out.
