Buffy-in-Faith decides to give Faith-in-Buffy a taste of her own medicine

This is a really dumb idea, part of Buffy's brain thought as she walked down the hall toward a certain classroom. Any plan that was conceived while drinking two or more wine coolers and watching Titanic should always be seriously reconsidered again in the harsh light of day. And failing that, it should be quietly forgotten.

And yet another part of her felt compelled to do this. She could not sit and do nothing while Faith had her way with her body. After all, like it or not, she was a fighter. Within the last few years, Buffy had fought vampires, demons, witches, werewolves and even other Slayers. To just stand by and let Faith walk all over her like this just wasn't in her nature.

And let suppose this plan doesn't work? she asked herself. You know full well that Faith doesn't embarrass easily and that even before the bodyswap, she had had a radically different attitude toward nudity than Buffy did.

Well, the plan is not about embarrassing Faith, she replied. It's about exposing Faith.

Seems to me Faith is already exposed enough as it is, she said.

Ha-ha, she answered. Very funny. You know what I mean.

Yes, I do, she said. And I think this is a mistake.

No mistake, she replied. Faith seems pretty fine with posing for naked pictures in my body so why can't I pose for similar pictures in her body? At the very least, there was always a strong chance that one of the paintings that I would pose for would reach the eyes of the Watcher Council and that should trigger an investigation that would put an end to -- among other things -- Faith's modeling career.

Suppose you end up in Watcher Prison because of this? she thought.

Suppose I do? she answered. At this point it would be worth it.

And with that, she entered the same classroom listed in the modeling ad that Faith-in-Buffy had answered.

"You looking for a life model?" Buffy-in-Faith asked the room's sole resident.

The art teacher blinked and looked up from his desk at Buffy-in-Faith. "Well, we were, but that position has been filled."

"Really?" asked Buffy-in-Faith. "You sure?"

"Yes, I am," said the art teacher. "The young lady who filled it has been most obliging. And very popular too, I might add. She seems to be the most popular life model I've ever had in this class."

I bet she is, thought Buffy-in-Faith.

She started to turn, then decided to ask one more question. "So you're sure you can't use another life model?"

"Well, come to think of it, we could use another life model in my night class," said the art teacher. "My most popular model doesn't like to work after dark for some reason and most of my other models usually have transportation problems. So if you're available, the position's yours."

"Why, yes," said Buffy-in-Faith. "I'd be delighted to."

"Excellent," said the art teacher. "Then would you be available to pose for tonight's class around, say, eight o'clock, Miss -- er -- excuse me but I didn't catch your name."

"Sum -- er -- Lehane," said Buffy-in-Faith, eagerly shaking the teacher's hand. "Lehane. Faith Lehane. And I promise you I'll show up with bells on."

"No need for that," said the art teacher. "Just bring a robe. And Miss Lehane?"

"Yes."

"Please tell me you're not a confirmed nudist."

"Of course not," said Buffy-in-Faith.

"Good," said the art teacher. "And while I'm at it, I must ask ... you have modeled before, haven't you?"

Buffy-in-Faith smiled. "You might say that. In fact, you might say that you have already seen my face in many paintings -- you just didn't recognize it."
