Chapter 46 by zechs195 zechs195

How does the interview go?

Lauren explains it all and gets advice

“My name is Dr. Sheryl. That’s my first name in case you were wondering. I already know your name but would you care to introduce yourself?”

“Um... i’m Lauren.”

“Hi Lauren, it’s very nice to meet you. I understand you’ve been in some emotional distress. Would you like to tell me where it began?”

“Well it started this morning when...”

The doctor cut her off as politely as possible.

“I’m not usually going to interrupt a session and I want to hear all you have to say but this didn’t start today.”

She looked at her and Lauren immediately knew what she meant. Lauren tried to accept the doctor was there to help her.

“Well i guess it started around when I hit puberty. I realized all the other girl’s bodies were changing and mine... wasn’t.”

“How did that make you feel?”

“Awful, I guess.”

“Awful how?”

“Like I wasn’t a real woman.”

“And what changes specifically would’ve made you feel like a real woman?”

Lauren wasn’t sure she was ready to have this conversation. She was living a life where she never told anyone anything about how she really felt and she was expected to open up to a stranger. Still today only happened because of her feelings about her body. She wanted to change. She tried to open up..

“Having a... chest.”

“You have a chest. I don’t think that’s what you mean.”

“Having... having larger breasts.”

“You feel your breasts are too small?”

Lauren’s gown was flat across her chest. She felt like the answer was pretty obvious. She started to tear up.

“Yes. They’re not even bug bites. Calling them small implies that they’re even there. They’re not.”

The doctor was a specialist with body issues usually anorexia and bulimia but she felt she could help Lauren.

“Lauren they’re not large but that’s okay. You are not less of a woman because of your chest size.”

Lauren’s chest had become her personal demon over the years and she was getting upset at this woman acting like it wasn’t a big deal.

“Then why when was I naked today did everyone mistake me for a prepubescent girl?!”

The doctor pushed her box of tissues forward on her desk in case Lauren needed them. She wanted more background information but she felt Lauren needed to talk about the day’s events.

“I think the real question is why you let them think you were a prepubescent girl?”

“I... I was caught... without my special bra, without my makeup, without my spanx and heels. Everything that makes me look like a woman and I panicked.”

“So you pretended to be a little girl?”

“Yes.”

“Do you think that was the best choice?”

Lauren wasn’t sure why the doctor was asking a question she already knew the answer to.

“Obviously not.”

“Why obviously?”

“Because instead being seen by my landlady in just a t-shirt and telling her the truth... I ended up naked on the street.”

“So you now feel telling the truth would’ve improved the situation? Letting the landlady know you had a lesser bust than you had previously shown would’ve been better?”

“I... I don’t know. I wish I could’ve hid the truth and not ended up... the way I did.”

“Can you tell me about your day.”

Lauren started to cry as she retold her entire ordeal. She spared no detail. The exterminators, pretending to be Liz, being stripped, being walked naked through the city streets only able to cup her pussy for coverage, going shopping, being caught trying to masturbate, peeing in a cup, getting the thermometer stuck in her rear, getting caught by her rival, arrested, the orderly thinking she was a child, cumming on the nurse’s hand, not being sure if she deserved a gown. The doctor sat quietly taking notes when needed. Lauren blew her nose and wiped her face of tears.

“Lauren, you’ve been through a lot. More so than most of my patients and that was all in one day. However, your willingness to open up speaks to a real chance for recovery and hopefully acceptance of who you are.”

Lauren simply nodded. She wasn’t sure she could accept who she really was. She still hated her body. She just felt she deserved to be punished for her lies, so she felt she obligated to tell the truth.

“Your treatment will be both unorthodox and a lengthy process but I think it’s for the best.”

“You’re going to keep me here a while?” Lauren felt her life on the outside had died today so it wasn’t fear so much as curiousity that made her ask.

“Well there will be an in-patient part of the process but your recovery will take place on the outside too. I’ll have you released as soon as I know you’ll be able to handle it or at least have the tools to not let it get you down so much.”

“okay.” She was more scared of being out than being in at this point.

“Lauren as your first step of the recovery process I want you to try something. I want you while you’re all alone tonight, remember no one will be there it’s just you, I want you to take off your gown and look at yourself in the mirror. I want you to tell me tomorrow how long you were able to do so.”

Lauren didn’t want to face herself but she nodded.

“I want you to breath. Get to know yourself all over again. Tell yourself that you are okay.”

Lauren teared up but nodded again.

“You can put on your gown back on as soon as you can’t take it anymore but I really want you to try. As part of treatment we’ll have daily therapy sessions and also there will be group time with other patients. I have to recommend to the courts how you should be handled for your actions today so your commitment to the recovery process will make my recommendations more favorable to you, I would imagine.”

Lauren had almost forgotten she could still face legal consequences for today. She nodded again.

“A friend is going to bring you to your room now, if you’re ready.”

Lauren simply nodded again. The door opened and the nurse from earlier came in. She smiled and Lauren felt better but was unable to smile back.

“I will see you tomorrow. Try what we talked about.”

The nurse held the barefoot Lauren’s arm gently and walked her to an elevator down the hall. As they entered the elevator she could see Lauren’s ass hanging out of her gown but didn’t say anything that might upset her.

Lauren had a lot to think about. She was led out of the elevator and to a hallway with many doors. They walked halfway down.

“This will be where you’re staying. The door will be locked from the outside but if you ring the buzzer someone will come. Just don’t **** it or they might not.”

Lauren nodded and then she didn’t know why but she hugged the nurse. The nurse hugged her back.

“I’m Karen by the way.”

“I’m Lauren.”

“I know.” She said with a chuckle and Lauren was semi embarrassed.

Lauren entered the room and the nurse waved goodbye. Lauren waved back. She remembered the advice the doctor gave her and looked at herself in a full length mirror. She wasn’t sure she could go through with it though.

Does Lauren follow the doctor’s advice?
