Chapter 7 by ThomasMoro ThomasMoro

How does the lion reply?

No

"An apple tree?" said the lion.

He suddenly screamed and ran off into the forest, putting as much distance between him and the apple trees as he possibly could.

Dorothy and the Scarecrow just looked at each other and shrugged.

"What now?" Dorothy asked.

"Well, how about that tin man over there?"

"Tin man? I thought that statue was made of iron."

"Heh, an iron man," said the Scarecrow. "What a silly concept that would be. And oh, look. He's got an ax."

"But it seems to be stuck to him."

"Yes, it looks like that. Perhaps if we use that oil can on him..."

Dorothy reached for the oil can but as she was giving it to the Scarecrow, she accidentally squeezed it and sprayed oil upon her slip.

"Oh, no," said the Scarecrow. "You spilled oil on your nice white slip. You might want to take that off before something else happens."

Does Dorothy take off her slip?
