Before anything could really get started there was a knock at the door.
Flex let out an annoyed swear and left her long enough to find out what was going on.
"ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?" He shouted, shaking Rogue a bit from her high.
She realized something was very wrong as Flex quietly closed the door and locked it.
"The god damn cops are here." Flex said to her.
Rogue was startled by the fact that she could be caught and then everything about this operation would be shot to hell.
The effect on her personal life would be unthinkable.
"We gotta get out of here fast." Rogue whispered in his ear.
Flex merely nodded, normally he'd bust through the door, crack a few heads and lead the police on a chase before he got bored and ditched them, but he knew that getting busted with Edge on them (and in their blood systems) wasn't what she wanted.
"Stay totally quiet." Rogue said as she mentally accessed all the powers she'd previously had.
She found what she needed and they both turned invisible.
Flex was kinda surprised that Rogue still had her powers, if they weren't in this situation, he'd be a little concerned.
"Slowly open the door, just enough to let us out." She whispered.
He did just that.
Rogue took a moment to calm herself as much as she could.
Rogue had been in some messes before but nothing as messy as this.
They began to sneak out, both naked as the day they were born.
With adrenaline (and Edge) pumping in her veins, Rogue silently vowed that If they got out of this without getting caught, she was gonna treat Flex to a night he would never forget.
