It has to be the sun

"UG! IT'S SOOOOO BRIGHT! HOW CAN THE SURFACE DWELLLERS STAND LIVING UP HERE!?" Silvia groans and complains as she shields her eyes with her hands, and her clothes.

Pooky shields her own eyes for a moment, but then quickly adapts. "Um... mistress..."

"This 'sun' thing is crazy!" Silvia prattles on as Pooky continues to try to get her mistress's attention. "I mean... having that up there all the time? How would you ever get anything done?"

"MISTRESS!" Pooky finally yells, in a powerful, commanding tone, not unlike one she used to use to command the legions of her house up to a few hours ago.

The angry shout instantly causes Silvia to lock up, and reverts back to her old, timid self. Her shoulders slump, her ears droop, her head dips, and she instantly looks smaller. "...Y-yes?" She weakly croaks, as she shuffles her feet.

"That's not the sun, that's the moon," Pooky informs her naïve companion.

Silvia just stares blankly towards her slave.

"You... you don't know what that is, do you?" Pooky asks becoming more and more exasperated with each passing moment. She groans in frustration, which just makes Silvia's self-esteem deflate even faster. "*sigh* The moon is a thing the surface world has at night, but how big and bright it is changes from time to time."

"Does... that mean... the sun..." Silvia asks quietly and nervously, back to feeling like the wimpy shrimpy girl all the other drow push around.

"YES!" Groans Pooky. "It's bigger and brighter, now let's go before it shows up, alright? Or do you have more questions?"

Silvia shakes her head, blinking back the tears.

"Ok then," Pooky says, her bubbly personality re-emerging. "We should head east, out of the forest."

"Uh... sure..." Silvia mumbles as she follows after her slave.
