To a Brothel

The car lurched to a stop in front of a large 5 story building. Max peered out of the dirty passenger window at the tall structure. It must have been a pre-pulse hotel of some sort. While It had definitely seen better days by the look of the exterior it still looked better then most of the buildings in this part of town. No one really came to this area of the city anymore, leaving the streets mostly abandoned. Only a lone man stood in front of the buildings doors. Heavily built, wearing all black, there was no question that he was guarding the entrance to the building.

"Come on," the cop grunted out as he got out of the car.

"Where are we going?"

Ignoring her the cop continued to walk towards the building. Smiling as he looked back seeing her following, anger, fear and confusion clearly on her face.

"Good evening, Officer Parker," the large door man greeted as the cop approached. Opening the door for him, his eyes lingering on Max as they both walked past and into the building.

Entering the small entry room they were once again greeted, this time be a mid aged Asian woman. Standing behind to a small podium next to large set of double doors. Max could hear muffled music coming from beyond the thick doors.

"Welcome back Mr. Parker. Glad you returned so soon." the Asian women paused as she looked at Max. Her knowledgeable eyes running over every curve of her body. "And with a guest. I must ask Mr. Parker, are you here for business or pleasure?"
