Xalandra had snuck into the bath and placed an enchantment on the room to ensure she and Belinda wouldn't be bothered.

The elf wizard was looking a little worse for wear since she had last been with the queen. Her earlier efforts to magically fix Belinda's glasses had backfired and bounced back onto herself. The restore spell she cast had mixed with the confusion spell on the glasses (it had been intended to cloud Belinda's mind and make her more susceptible to Xalandra's suggestions) and had instead made the elf wizard extremely gullible.

Her vast array of magic tomes, spellbooks, and artifacts had been taken by would-be magic users and thieves who said they just wanted to borrow them, and promised to return them 'real soon.' Her spell components had been taken after someone claimed they had expired and needed to be discarded.

Her jewelry and material wealth had been confiscated by a soldier claiming to be with the fashion police. He told her it was a crime for someone as beautiful as her to wear anything, so she had surrendered everything to him.

As a result, Xalandra now stood before the queen completely naked, except for her nipple and clit piercings (the soldier had mercifully allowed her to keep them in exchange for a blowjob).
