“Well while it is rather amusing to watch you with the stupid look on your face I think it’s funnier when you are sputtering in rage.” Said Potter taking the note book and writing down a new rule.

New Rule: Draco Malfoy is aware of all Rule changes affecting him and understands how those changes came about even if he didn’t see them being written.

Suddenly Draco’s face flushed even redder as he became aware of all the changes that had come over him in the past few minutes. He made another grab for the Rulebook but some strange compulsion stopped him from touching it or Potter.

“Tut tut.” Said Potter with a smirk. He then quickly wrote down a new set of rules.

Old Rule: Male slaves of Female witches must keep their hair in Pigtails.

Old Rule: Slaves must wear clothing their Master or Mistress deams appropriate.

Old Rule: Male slaves must always be wearing a diaper, a pair of panties, or have their cock on full display.

Old Rule: Slaves are not able to cum unless given permission by their Master or Mistress.

Old Rule: Slaves are expected to wear muggle street clothes so that everyone knows they aren’t equal.

Old Rule: Male slaves are usually expected to wear skimpy female clothing. Those who wear male clothing are seen as being presumptuous and punished.

“Potter!” Malfoy shouted as the changes took. Suddenly he was no longer standing in his wizard robes diaper hidden underneath he was wearing a short pink crop top that barely contained his new clevage. He had on nothing over his crotch but his diaper, now on display for the world to see. He was wearing knee high socks and high heel shoes. His hair was done up in pigtails, the bands in Slytherin colors (one green one silver). “You bastard blood traitor! Change me back this instant!” He screamed.

“Such language.” Laughed Harry. “Don’t worry I can fix that.” He then wrote one final rule into the book.

Old Rule: Slaves are inferior creatures lower even than house elves. A **** is unable to speak disrespectfully to anyone considered their social better.
