The adjacent tunnel

Figuring it was as good a place to start as any, you simply turn to the immediate right and head into the next consecutive entryway, a long and dark tunnel that seems to curve around to the left, slightly away from the medical facility. Before long, the light behind you fades away entirely, and you find one of the walls for something to hold on to and lead you further into the tunnel. As you walk with your hand on the wall, however, you suddenly touch something sticky and wet, and no matter how hard you try, you can't separate your hand from the wall.

A few seconds pass, and then another sound fills the quiet, the same distinct skittering noise of spider legs against stone, but much louder than you would expect of a tiny spider. Your eyes finally begin to adjust to the complete black, a benefit of rogue training, but you're not happy about what you see, as your hand is caught in a massive spiderweb, and from around another corner emerges a drider.

You didn't get a great look earlier, but this appears to be the same one, a naked and large-breasted woman's body perched above a large and grotesque spider's body, with the abdomen hanging behind her. At the closer distance, you realize that she does in fact have a vagina, at the bottom of her human body, but it's difficult to spot as it's the same onyx black color as her nipples. As she turns the corner, she clearly sees you, and a wide smile spreads across her face, a series of chittering and clicking noises coming from her mouth.
