Chapter 9 by Control Freak Control Freak

Who's that?

Your landlord

At first you remain quiet and still, hoping that whoever it is will go away. However, this only results in more knocking. So with a sigh, you untangle yourself from Ashley's warm embrace and put your dick back into your pants before making your way to the door.

When you open it, you're greeted by the familiar face of your landlord Holly. A attractive blonde woman in her early thirties, her slim and delicate figure has caught your eye several times before in the past, though obviously not in the same way as Ashley's athletic curves did. Despite being at least a head shorter than you, she can hold herself with the authoritative air befitting her position when she needs to, like right now apparently.

"Hello John, sorry to interrupt," she says, and you can immediately tell by her tone that this wasn't just a 'happy birthday' visit, "But I was going over the books and noticed that you're almost a week late on rent."

"What?" you say with genuine surprise, "That doesn't make sense, I paid my half of the rent two days early."

"Well I'm still missing the other half," she says with a frown, "And the late fee, of course."

Rather annoyed, you turn and prepare to lay it onto your roommate for not paying her half of the rent, but the words catch in your throat as you realize she is still sitting on the table, buck naked and with your cum dripping out of your pussy in full view of your landlord. She looks thoroughly embarrassed to be seen by another person in this state, but makes no move to cover herself up apart from pulling her legs together slightly, likely because she isn't sure if you want her to or not.

"S-Sorry, Holly," Ashley stammers, "I'm getting paid today, s-so I should have it for you this evening. I-If John gives me time in my schedule to get the money, of course."

Turning back to your landlord, you're shocked to see that Holly doesn't freak out like you expect her to. Instead, she purses her lips and averts her eyes slightly, saying, "Alright Ashley, but next time this becomes an issue you need to let me know this in advance. And John, while I don't want to tell you what to do with your new property, you should still give her the opportunity to pay her half of the rent."

You feel a slight jolt goes through you as you hear Holly refer to Ashley as 'your property'. This confirms two things to you. One, that this claiming thing affects more people than just Ashley. And two, that you don't have to reaffirm your claim in front of people for them to see what you claim as rightfully yours, which should save you some trouble down the road. Come to think of it, it could save you some trouble right now.

"Oh, I don't think she'll need to," you say, your confidence starting to return, "In fact, neither will I. I claim this apartment building as my own property, and why should we pay you rent money for something I own?"

Holly blinks once, then twice. Before your eyes, her own confidence diminishes, and she says with a slightly nervous tone, "You're right, you shouldn't. Now my request seems ridiculous. I'm sorry I disturbed you. I suppose I should make the rounds and tell the other tenants they'll need to either start sending the rent checks to you or move out. Which would you prefer I say to them?"

Shit, you hadn't thought about that. There's several more apartments in the building that had other people living it them, and now that you own the whole thing you've effectively made yourself the landlord, though with presumably a bit more authority than one would traditionally have. You might be on a power trip today, but this was not the kind of responsibility you were intending to deal with. You'll have to be more careful about what you claim in the future.

Then again, you have right in front of you someone who can ease your burden considerably, assuming what you do next works like you hope it will.

"There's no need for any of that," you tell her, "I'm claiming your occupation, Holly. Starting immediately, you are this building's assistant landlord. You'll have all the same tasks and responsibilities you did as landlord, including managing the property and dealing with the other tenants on a day-to-day basis, but now you answer to me. Everyone currently living here can stay, provided they still pay rent of course, but I get the final say on any new tenants moving in. Oh, and as owner I get 60% of the profit from the rent payments."

Holly furrows her brow, then sighs, "This sounds like I'm just getting a pay cut. But it's not like I have much choice in the matter."

You can't help but smile giddily about how this worked out. Not only do you no longer have to pay rent, but now your landlord is the one that will be paying you, and doing all the work. Not to mention that you now have a decent excuse to visit any of your neighbors, and can do pretty much anything you want with the empty apartments. You might even be able to quit your job if the pay's good enough, though you realize you aren't entirely sure how much you'll actually be getting paid. Ah well, you can figure that part out later. For now, you can't help but wonder just how much say you'll have on the rules that tenants will have to follow, or what Holly has to do for her new job. Are you restricted by the same codes as other employers, or does your new power let you go further than that?

"So is there anything else you need from me, John?" Holly asks deferentially, "If not, I'll need to start on the notice letting people know about the new situation. And correcting all the paperwork. And... well, everything else."

Experiment more with Holly and/or your new position, or send her on her way and do something else?
