What are you going to do?
Get her a room
You look at the girl, who stands before you, her face a mask of worry and dismay, her eyes imploring you. You shake your head, coming to a decision and nodding your head back towards your bike.
"Come with me," you tell her, "let's get you sorted out." Tanya's eyes light up with hope and she scurries along beside you her face full of hope.
"Get aboard," you tell her, mounting the bike and rolling it off its stand. She hops on happily wrapping her arms around you as you fire the bike up and turn it into the street. A few minutes later you pull up in front of a motel office and get off the bike. Tanya looks at you with wary, uncertain eyes.
"I'm booking you a room here for three days. No strings attached, no obligation. Understand?" She nods, her mouth opening and closing briefly as she absorbs what you say, but stays silent. You stride into the motel office and book a room from the disinterested clerk. Back outside, you ride the bike and Tanya over to the cabin and open the door, flicking the light on to expose a sparsely furnished but clean and serviceable room. The girl stands in the doorway, looking around, then looking at the bed for a long moment before turning her gaze on you.
Taking a deep breath, she shuts the door behind her and steps towards you, slowly sinking to her knees and reaching for your belt.
