A few hours passed by as Mindy read and re-read many of her chapters, adding and making revisions, letting the activity keep her mind busy. At this point, it was nearly eight in the evening, and it was pitch black outside, seeing as no one returned to the lodge yet, Mindy felt assured that they wouldn't at all tonight, knowing that walking in the dark and snow would be near suicide.
