Chapter 2 by LimpBiscuit LimpBiscuit

Who is it?

Valery, a Wolf-Girl

Melissa waded into the empty room. An imperial bed awaited her in the furthest corner, its emerald blanket smoothed and untouched. Ashen dust had settled over its mahogany headboard. A dark, jewel encrusted wardrobe rose on the adjacent wall. Carved into the same wall was a small and stained-glass window. Left open, it swung freely in the soft sea air. Opposite lay a chest whose silver handle gleamed in the torches glowing warmth. Tossing its royal red pillows aside, Melissa sat at the head of her bed and watched the still frames spread across the rooms balm walls. Stuck within their golden frames, the faces of her fathers and forefathers were stoic in the face of their imprisonment. Among them too, burgeoned the caricatures of curious and colossal creatures. Man, and beast alike were aged in a thick powder of white. The room was so quiet, she began to doubt there had been a sound in the first place.

Melissa tried to imagine sleeping here, completely alone and isolated. Under the constant stares of her ancestors. It would be uncomfortable at first, she knew, traveling alone for the first time always was for everyone. She hoped. Even so, she soon broke with the portraits stare and went to explore the rest of her quarters facilities. Behind the left most door is a small but well aerated bathroom, while the rightmost hides a spacious dining room in which a large table is surrounded by a row of equally ebony cabinets. The dining rooms furthest barrier existed as a glass pane over a thick back-wall. A narrow parting bisected the transparent screen.

Melissa rounded the slick table. Lonely spiderwebs linked the rooms every soot covered surface. She squeezed her fingers into the windows narrow crevice and drew on them. Squealing, the panels swung back. She pushed on the wooden back wall. It swung forward, giving way to the open air of the ocean. Warm sun peeled through the portal and crowded the room. Melissa basked in it. Once toasty, she wandered to the edge of the opening and stared upward. The ships long, heavy overhang jutted out above her. Its underside was glossed in the same rainbow scales, their colors becoming sharper and more aggressive as it curved upward.

Melissa huddled against the cavity's corner and watched the sparse docks. They had gotten busier. Men had begun transporting large boxes down the docks, while others pulled them up and into the vessel. Some took notice of her as they loaded. A few waved. Her parents’ carriage had vanished. Leaving the opening wide, Melissa started for her room.

She tossed open the door and suddenly froze. All her pretend courage vanished, and fear and confusion paralyzed her in the doorway, so that she was **** to watch the peculiar sight.

Soft fur sprung around the big black canine ears crowning her head. They joined with her thick mane of raven-black hair, which cloaked her head and bounced from her broad shoulders in tangled strands. More inked fur warmed her haunches and thick arms. Spays of more wolfish pelt dotted her back and were currently turned to Melissa. Where there was none, the wolf-girls creamy skin was utterly bare. Melissa found her eyes inexplicably drawn to the women's bubble butt. It, and her furry plume of a tail, wiggled as the girl reached for the small window in the wall. She didn't notice Melissa but was entirely focused on reaching her fuzzy arms towards the small and open window. The gilded wardrobe trembled beneath her. She tiptoed further onto the edge and it shook.

The woman overextended herself and the closet capsized. In a moment she was free of it and her Amazonian body flung at the window. Her thick arm hooked the windows frame.

She tried to pull herself up and out of it, but it was too small and she too bulky. Fur suddenly padded her feet as she silently dropped to the hard wood floor. She turned to the fallen furniture and found Melissa in the corner of her tiger eyes. She grew rigid. Her startled gaze turned hungry, and she bared her canine fangs. Her ears flattened. Melissa bolted down the hallway "Help! Help!". She never reached the door. The she-wolf tackled her from behind and wrapped her shaggy limbs around Melissa's neck and mouth. Her fur was soft and comfy, and her victim felt herself grow warm. Melissa felt another feeling too. Excitement. It grew with her warmth and the touch of the she wolf's smooth skin. She started to wrestle against the wolf-girl for the sheer sake of the friction.

"Please stop!" she barked "I won't hurt you, just stop. Please".

Melissa did, but continued to rub her butt against the she-wolfs crotch. The heat bled through her sky-blue dress. "Give me" she panted through her assailant’s arms " Why are... What are..."

"I'll tell you when you stop rubbing against me. Please" The woman cut in.

Melissa swallowed several deep breaths. "Yesh" She said and ceased her lustful movements. Not at once, but she slowed after a while.

"My name is Valery, I've been stowing away here for the past 4 months" Valery began. She pulled her messy black locks back from her neck, revealing a shifting steel collar. The choppy remains of an Iron chain were welded to a small nub on its dirt stained rim. The chain was long, but Valery had twisted it through her collar until it was short. "I was a... prisoner on an island" she said " but I escaped and snuck onto the Rainbow Fish. I meant to get off on the next island, but It was always too risky and," her voice dropped "I like it here." Her eagerness suddenly swelled "It’s warm and no one knows I'm here so it’s safe. Plus, I can catch all the fish I want!"

She quieted, and a long silence passed between them. The chain had imprinted angry red rings on her neck. "You won't make me leave, will you?" She continued in a somber tone, her arms still over Melissa's neck "Please, this is the only home I have. I know it’s yours too, and I won't fight it if you make me leave. But we can share, I catch my own food and don't use the furniture. Except the chest when I am scared. But I'll stop. Please?"

Let Valery Stay or Report her to the Ship's Captain?
