Settling up a few things

It takes a while for the team of lawyers to draw up the contract for Hannah, and while they give you weird looks as you lay out the terms, surely the most unique thing they've ever worked on, you're still the big boss and they don't dare to question you, in fact suggesting ways to improve the legal document to make it ironclad. When you're satisfied, they have the contract printed and you head back to your office where Hannah is waiting, and you hand it to her with a pen.

You're not surprised that Hannah doesn't just sign the document right away. She's already proven how shrewd she can be, and as she starts to read it, her eyebrows arch up in amusement at the terms and conditions of the job, but there's no sign that she'll bolt or not sign it, so you leave her to it, telling her to leave the signed contract on your desk and that a car will be waiting for her when she's done.

You return to the conference room to find Mia standing at the other end of the room, pacing back and forth. She seems very nervous and doesn't notice you enter at first, until you take a few steps closer and clear your throat. Mia stops her pacing with a little jolt, staring at you with those large, brown eyes of hers.

"I... I can't," she says.

"Can't what?" you respond.

"I... I'm not like Hailey or Hannah. I can't just sleep with a guy I just met. Especially not for money... Sorry..." Mia apologizes meekly, seeming to be genuinely sorry that she's not wiling to fuck you right then for a half million dollars.
