The Sane

Much fewer in number than the Crazies, these are the folks who have decided that over the last few days what they need to do is be ruthless. All have been infected by some strain of the virus, and as a result have had their libidos and sex drives increased to high degrees. Primarily what separates these antagonists from the crazies is that they have the ability to think ahead, plan, and organize. The most ruthless can sometimes keep a small gang of crazies in line, and already a primitive pecking order has taken hold in the city.

Almost all have the sterility effect. The few that don't for the most part are not aware of their status, or how valuable they are.

The Sane run the gamut of humanity. Some are good, some are evil, but all have been through hell the last couple months.
