The Bad Guys (In Progress)

Primary Antagonists:

The overarching Bad Guy in this Story is "The Colonel". So far he's been primarily off screen, and has been spoken about by numerous of the more organized bad guys as a general ringleader for the cities looters, slavers and rapists. It's known that he Runs a Brothel out of an old Hilton hotel, has a large number of goons and thugs running things, and has no qualms about having his own followers killed if they break any of his rules.

The Colonel has been Described in his few appearances as an older man with dark hair and silvered temples. He has also expressed a hatred for rapists in when speaking to characters.

In general his followers fall into the more "Sane" category of antagonists, and will follow his orders most of the time. However, the sex drive enhancement is strong, and a lone member will often **** a female victim if he thinks he can get away with it. They are armed with mostly American made weapons from a local Army base, but have little to no organizational goals other than stocking the brothel and securing the city.

So far it has been established that the Colonel has established a crude barter system, with access to women being one of the main trade goods. Turning a woman in to the brothel untouched results in a free night with any woman available. Turning in a woman who has been **** before the Colonel's men have a chance to examine her and presumably enjoy her results in summary execution. Many free agents have learned the hard way that the Colonel takes the last rule VERY seriously. With many more men than women, the Colonel has no use for a man that can't control himself.

It has also been established that the Colonel monitors conditions with several of the monsters in the area, and has ways to deal with any that get out of hand. However, he has far less control than he thinks he does.
