Wing it mostly, try to meet a Titan and see how things go.

Well now, first step is to find one of the Titans. Since there doesn’t appear to be a world crisis, odds are that they are home in the city. Based on public domain information, there are 5 members in the group. Assuming they all decided to take a trip to the city, you’d still find yourself looking for a few needles in a large haystack.

Then again, there’s always the option of causing a scene. The Titans respond fairly quickly once a crime occurs. It wouldn’t be the friendliest of messages to send, but it would guarantee that at least one of them would come to you.

You could also attempt to watch out for crime yourself. Given how often some villain or another seems to think that their next crime will somehow overcome the Titan’s resistance despite evidence to the contrary, you’d probably find one crime or another within a few minutes.

Or maybe you’ll get lucky and run into a Titan before you commit to either option?
