A skimpy bikini

"Well... you know we like to minimize expenses, so unfortunately we don't have an extra uniform." Mom confesses. I nod, knowing managing the expenses can be tough sometimes, so I understand the logic of not buying more uniforms than needed. But damn, it really would have come in handy right about now.

"However, I think I may be able to find something..." Mom says optimistically, as she leads us towards where we keep inventory. She starts rummaging through one of the boxes, then suddenly exclaims "Aha! I knew it!"

Good, sounds like she found something. But as she holds up her discovery, I feel my relief quickly turn into disappointment. It was a bikini, and a rather skimpy looking one at that. It's not that I don't like bikinis. Hell, I love wearing them on the beach or at the pool. But this is work, and I really can't imagine doing work in what amounts to less coverage than my underwear.

"Is... is that it, Mom?" I ask, hoping this is some elaborate prank.

"Yes, haven't you seen a bikini before?" Mom asks jokingly.

"Duh, but are you serious? You really think I should be doing my job in that? Where did you even get that?" I ask, suspicious.

"I think a cheerleader left it after they had one of their 'bikini car-wash fundraisers' here."

Well, that would explain that, I guess.

"Can't I just go home and get my uniform?" I ask, annoyed that this is even being entertained.

"I'm sorry sweetie, but no. We don't know for sure that it's there, and you know how busy it's about to get. We need you here, now. So quit making a fuss and just hurry up and get changed so you can start working." Mom orders, firmly placing the bikini in my hand. I blink a couple times as I try to process what just happened. My mom really is about to make me do a day's work in a tiny bikini. Well, I guess I can't argue with her. Might as well suck it up and try to pretend like I'm not working practically naked.

I return to the changing room, which is thankfully empty, and take a deep breath before undressing. It's weird, I've never gotten naked in here, since I usually just leave my bra and panties on when I switch between street and work clothes. I quickly put on the bikini, which isn't any better than I expected. The top is two small triangles held loosely together by thin string, and are only about twice the diameter of my areolas. The bottoms aren't terribly revealing, though noticeably more than typical bikini bottoms. Now that I'm "dressed", it's time to get working.

Let's just get this over with, I guess.
