A forest

You glance outside and are beset by almost archaic scenery. From your vantage point, you can see a forest with a few small rabbits hopping about with slinking shadows occasionally making the more naive ones disappear. You wonder, "Where the hell have you ended up now?"

You sigh and yell back into the cave, “Go collect some berries and wood. I’m going to go try to find some meat.”

However, the book is so vague, you're not sure if if the spear it refers to is the item you found in your pouch or your dick.

You call out, "Make sure to collect the berries and wood. I'll be out to help find food in a sec." All you hear is an annoyed grunt and the sound of rocks being kicked out of the cave.

Figuring there's nothing better to do, you follow the books instructions and drop a blood droplet onto the spear.
