Who to get help from?
If Loki can be found, he'd be the best option.
"....Loki is one of the few beings that somehow manages to get involved in almost every conflict and not die in most of them. He's the ideal choice." Asuka clearly doesn't like hearing it but sighs. "This is clearly heading for disaster. Fuck it. Fine. I'll help. Not like I had a lot of better things to do." She fiddles on her phone despite sounding annoyed while the Pixy bounds up. "Thanks, big sis!"
"Yeah, sure." She starts to push buttons on her phone before stopping. "What am I even looking for? I somehow doubt ageless gods have a phone number or a mailing address." She does make a good point, but there's already a solution to that. "He'll show up. He wouldn't choose to miss another round of this. Besides, he will most likely be more interested in his rivals."
"Odin? Thor? Still ancient beings that I have zero clue how to start getting a hold of them." Asuka isn't wrong exactly, but there is a thought in your head that makes sense to you. "Thor is a thunder god but not exactly subtle. When he shows up, he needs everyone to know. The thing is, he's also pretty weak. As far as gods go."
"Kill Thor? This just gets better and better." Asuka shrugs again. "Eh. I fucking hated that movie anyway." It is pretty surprising to hear that she would have seen that movie, but it doesn't seem like the thing to focus on. "Thor isn't too powerful. He has a special ability to use the strongest electric spells in the games, but he is always a physical attack type and has poor magic skills, so it's use is completely lost on him."
"You realize, that you are basing your plan on destroying an eternal warrior off the logic from a video game?" Asuka raises an eyebrow. "Yes." You respond to her question flatly. "Just being sure. The way I see it....even if he's weak, he is still probably a lot stronger than both of us. I don't think two fairies and myself, are going to be able to beat down an warrior god."
"That's just it. He's a warrior god. He won't refuse a direct challenge. Especially not to some human calling him out. We can probably find a way to use that against him." The idea of how to get his attention is obvious, as you already access the universal message board on the handheld.
Thor. The pantheon has to many joke gods. I'm thinning them out. Rooftop of the public school after dark.
"Gah. Why would you say that?" The message is simple but it confuses the pixy looking over your shoulder. "A summoner or demon is eventually going to see it, even if he doesn't. He will hear about soon enough. But before that, there needs to be plan to beating him. His weaknesses change on the games but consistently he's vulnerable to status affects and wind attacks."
You do remember that you supposedly do have some wind abilities even if you didn't get to test them yet. Training those before the serious fight begins seems like a good idea, but you can't help but wonder if there isn't something else that can be done to even the odds.
