Sliding doors

Your sub floats into the view of the attendant. His eyes grow wide in amazement as he's never seen an outsider approach the gateway before. You can see him talk on a sort of telephone. No doubt he's reporting your existence and wondering whether or not to let you in.

The doors slide open and you let yourself inside. Clearly, they don't see you as that mush of a threat if they're welcoming you inside. The room you entered looks very small and the door closes behind you. The water in the room starts to drain and the sub runs aground. You turn off the engine and prepare to leave the Yellow Rocket.

The inner door opens and men holding what appears to be rifles surround the sub. You're completely surrounded and a little nervous as to what's going to happen. You peak out of the port hole and manage to find the man in charge of your being surrounded.

"Come out slowly and you won't be harmed." A voice boomed.

You don't really have choice and you follow what he says. You push the door open and exit with your hands raised above your head as a sign that you mean no harm. None of the troops shoot you, but you finally get a closer look at them. They're all women.

One of them comes out from behind you and forces your hands behind your back.

"Hey! What are you doing? I come in peace!" It's a bit cliché, but it's the only thing you could think of. You hear a clicking sound and your hands are bound behind your back by metal cuffs.

The woman behind you pushes you in the direction of the leader. It turns out you were wrong before and he is also a she. It would appear as though this society is either female-centric or completely devoid of men. No matter, you're still going to be famous when you bring the news to the surface.

"Who are you?" She asked.

"I'm an explorer from the surface. I just happened upon your city." With mention of the surface, the other women look around at each other in disbelief.

"Did anyone send you?"

"No, I came out of my own volition for fame and glory."

"Then you must be Boulder, the god of exploration."
