As much as she wanted to stay and continue servicing the patron's of The Pearl, Kallian knew that if she didn't get back home soon due to how dark it was getting, her father might begin getting worried and start keeping an eye on her a lot more and as a result make her job of getting out of the Alienage unseen to get to her job as a part-time whore at the whorehouse significantly harder to do.
