Chapter 268 by airwreck airwreck

What does Ian think about?

The group.

"What's wrong, honey?" Elizabeth asked. "Are you bored with all the girl talk already?"

"Well, we did set up a pretty high bar to live up to with our lingerie show!" Stephanie giggled.

"No, far from it," I replied with a warm smile. "I miss this. I miss us together as a group."

"Together like last night?" Talia laughed.

"No... I mean yes but... I..." I paused to gather my thoughts and the girls knew I was trying to be serious. "It took ten years for us to get back together for the very special bond we created and developed over our last year of high school. I wish this weekend wouldn't end.

"You are all very special to me," I said, holding back my tears. The girls' eyes were wet with tears. "I love you all very much."

"I think I can speak for the other girls that you're very special to us, Ian," Elizabeth announced, giving me a kiss on the cheek. "We love you."

"We love you, Ian," the girls reiterated in unison.

"Well, Talia and I are still in town," Amy smiled.

"Yeah but it's too bad you two girls are in L.A.," my wife sighed, looking at our two blonde friends.

"You can always visit us," Stephanie suggested.

"We would love to," Elizabeth replied, smiling at me.

Eventually I had to cut the girls off from ordering more mimosas as they are getting tipsy. We finished the last of the dishes and asked for the bill. But before we left I gave my iPhone to the waiter to take photos of the six of us. Surprisingly we hadn't take many group photos when we were kids.

The waiter gave me a wry smile and a wink when he handed me back my phone.

"Don't forget to send us copies," Corrine chirped.

"Of course. Where to next?" I asked.

What do they do next?
