Ambassador Zelda

While the many incarnations of Zelda have been most well known for being captured and rescued, there was more to a princess' duties than waiting for heroes and villains to arrive. While Princess Zelda spent little time ruling Hyrule (she assumed those responsibilities when she became queen), she served her kingdom as Hyrule's chief ambassador, and her soft voice and gentle touch did more to bring prosperity to the land than her entire army.

Diplomacy was more than just words, of course. She had to show the foreign powers, whether they were the aloof, unreadable Zoras, the simple, bighearted Gorons, the Kokiri, the Koroks, the Sheikah, the Ritu, or even the all female race of Gerudo that she respected and valued their cultures, and that she understood them. If that meant eating with them, dressing like them, or even bathing with them, then the Royal Ambassador would find a way to do it.
