There's a knock at the door

That's weird. His mom hand't said anything about expecting anybody. Josh looked through the peephole, seeing a dark-haired woman holding a box. He opened the door a crack. Josh held back the urge to gasp. She was gorgeous!

"Hi there! My name's Elena, my husband, Javier, and I live next door. I wanted to welcome you to the neighborhood, so I baked you some cookies!"

Josh had been listening, but it was difficult with the Latina goddess standing in front of him. Her skin was the color of mocha, which set off nicely by the green dress she was wearing. He fought the urge to stare at the way it clung to her sizable breasts, slim waist, and ample hips.

"T-thanks," he managed! Damn it, Josh! Get it together. "I'm Josh. My folks just left-wait, you said you're our neighbor. You mean the ones throwing the party?"

She smiled, shaking her head. "Oh no, Javier and I live on the other side. Bella and Luke are the ones holding the party." She frowned. "You said your parents already left. Aren't you going?"

"Eh, my sister and I figured it's just a thing for old-er people," he corrected himself when the Latin milf gave him a playful eyebrow raise.

"Well I can't say for sure, but I imagine some kids your age will be there. My niece, Melanie, is 18. Her and a couple of the local teens will be there. So you and your sister wouldn't be alone."

"Really?" People his age sounded nice..granted part of him was thinking of going just so he could admire the woman before him some more. "Huh, maybe we'll think about it."

"Well if i don't see you there, I'm sure I will later. We're neighbors now, after all," she said with a warm smile, handing Josh the box of cookies.

I'd like to see more of you, that's for sure, Josh though to himself. He mentally chided himself. She was a married woman! "Thank you. What kind did you make?"

"Oh a couple different flavors. Got some chocolate chip, some plain chocolate, peanut butter, bit of everything. I wanted to make sure you'd have something you liked," Elena explained.

Josh smiled. "Mom and I aren't picky. We tend to enjoy pretty most if not all baked goods. Dad might not, he's a bit of a strict carnivore," Josh joked.

Elena chuckled. "Then we should get along great! I work at the local bakery and am always bringing home leftovers and trying new things." She laughed at his joke. "Javier's the same way. He says if God meant for us to eat grass, we wouldn't have sharp teeth. Well hon, I won't keep you any longer. If I don't see you at the party, have a wonderful day. I'm sure you'll love here," she said with a smile before turning back toward the sidewalk.

Josh watched her go, as she walked with a hypnotic grace. His eyes lowered to her rear, where her dress clung, highlighting a round backside.

"Nice to meet you too," Josh said quietly to himself, letting out a breath he didn't realize he was having. On one hand having such an attractive next door neighbor was awesome! The fact she was married let him think that living here was going to give him no small amount of sexual frustration.
