Alley oops!

Debbi rounded the corner and stepped onto the alley. It was only two blocks long, but it was always deserted except for the dumpsters and rats, which gave her the creeps. She had no idea what she was gonna see here.

"No, NAKED! I paid for naked, but I didn't get naked, did I? I got NUDE! What sort of restaurant refers to them as Nude Breasts?" a woman walked into the alley talking on her phone.

Debbi, once again, was surprised to see anyone but was happy they didn't seem to notice her. It looked like she worked at the hipster restaurant that only sold organic, non-GMO, and gluten free food. She had no idea what this woman was on about.

"So now, I have a banner that reads, 'Ask about our nude breasts'?! Oh, you thought it would be more eye catching? We could get fined for false advertising. We're only selling chicken! Fix it. NOW!" the woman yelled into her phone before angrily ending the call and shoving it into her apron.

"You OK?" Debbi asked.

"What? Oh, I'm sorry you heard that. The guy who makes our banners thought it would be funny to make it sound like we're selling nudity. We're not, by the way. It was just supposed to be eye catching enough that folks would come in and ask, not sure what to expect. 'Naked Breasts' doesn't sound sexual at all, right? It might refer to something that could be sexual, bit it doesn't evoke that thought, does it?" the woman asked.

"Normally, I would say that Naked sounds more sexual than nude since we buy nude colored clothing. Bras, panties, pantyhose or stockings. Naked sounds more bare somehow,and therefore more **** and sexual. Nude sounds like a state of being that is fleeting or artificial. However in the case of food, 'Naked Chicken Breasts'sounds more appetizing than nude ones." Debbi explained.

"Thanks! So, I did the right thing by yelling at the banner guy?"

"Yes."

"Great. Naked over nude, but only when it comes to food. That might be our new slogan."

Debbi smiled and walked away, now needing to sprint. She jogged down the alley and was quickly back on track to the office. If she wasn't careful, she might run late. The woman took her phone from her apron and relayed the information to Carol, who was ecstatic. The "Naked Breasts" banner will definitely come in handy. However, the final stretch to the office had to be just right or Debbi might not get the hint...
