Sneaking inside

Kim used her grapnel gun and ascended the building. She reached a vent cover and removed it, slipping inside. She crawled along the ventilation shaft until she could hear Drakken talking. She found a nearby vent and was able to see into his lair. She took out her Kim-unicator and showed Wade what was going on. Down fells, Drakken was briefing Shego on his newest scheme.

"As you can see, the reason why we can't seem to beat Kim Possible is because her good luck is just too high! Our luck is waaaaaaaay down here, and hers is...well, off the charts! She doesn't fail. Ever!" Drakken explained on using a graph.

"That's all very informative, Dr. D, but how does this fit into your plan?" Shego asked, a bit disinterested.

"I'm glad you asked! You see, I've developed a ray that will affect the entire planet! With it, I will redistribute Kim Possible 's luck so that she will be just below ours! Bwahahahahahaha!" Drakken laughed maniacally.

"Kim, that thing looks legit. If he can target the entire world, it just might work!" Wade's voice emanated from the Kim-unicator.

"Great, as if Drakken really could affect luck!" Kim quipped.

"It's unknown how he was able to do it, but I'd be happier if we didn't find out." Wade answered.

With that, Kim shut off the device and locked it before jumping down into the room.

"Show's over, Drakken! I'm gonna destroy that machine and make sure you're locked up for good!" Kim stood, confident, staring down her enemy.

"Look, Shego! Just as I knew she would, Kim Possible is here to stop me!" Drakken said, hitting a few buttons.

Suddenly, Kim was hit by a ray from behind, making her immobile as well as lifting her off the ground. She couldn't look behind her, but it was the giant machine that she and Wade saw earlier. However, it didn't seem like it was affecting her luck.

"Looks like your machine is a dud!" Kim taunted.

"Au Contraire, Ms. Possible! This machine was only meant to immobilize you so I could implement my real plan! You see, redistributing your luck would be too much of a gamble. It would be simpler and much more rewarding to see your luck switched with the person who has the worst luck ever!" Drakken mused.

Kim tried to think of who it could be. Did Drakken mean himself? She wished she was able to see the chart he was showing Shego earlier. Immobilized, she could only wait and hope whoever switches luck with her has just enough to allow her to escape...
