History homework

Jack gets up from his bed and sits down at his desk with his textbook open, and his worksheet blank.

He got halfway through and then encountered a problem with one of the questions, he couldn't seem to find the answer in the reading, and he wasn't sure if he was supposed to give his opinion or not.

Maybe he should text Ms. Ambers again? He has good reason...kind of. She did say he could text her if he had any problems with the homework, and this was a problem.

[Hey Ms. Ambers, sorry to bother you again, but I had a question about the homework.]

[It's really not a problem Jack, is it question 7? You and I didn't get that far after school]

[yeah #7, how did you know?]

[Students always have a problem with that one every year, I always mean to change it. The answer is on the diagram in the corner.]

Jack went back and looked in the textbook. Sure enough it was right where she said it would be.

[Wow i feel really dumb]

[No don't! It's really my fault for not changing the question. I'll edit the worksheet first thing tomorrow] [Was that all Jack?]

[Yeah that was it, I'm just determined to find out what your first name is]

[You know if you really wanted to find out I'm sure you could just look on the school website.]

[I know, but why ruin the game :)] Was the smiley face too much? It might have been too much.

[Question 12 is also very tricky, but you're on your own for the rest of it ;)] Nope, it was just right.

[I'm sure i can rise to the challenge, see you tomorrow Ms. Ambers]
