An offer of assistance

You vaguely remember from your briefing notes that the school has a resident nurse, but you have no idea where her office is. Dean Hawkfeather's comment that it's on the ground floor is all you have to go on, so you decide to recruit some help. Turning to the group of girls who still cluster around the closed door, you ask for directions.

"I'll show you," one answers, stepping forward. She's another willowy blonde, a match for the one who came into the room. She looks vaguely familiar, and you suspect she was one of the girls partying at lakeside a few nights ago. The night you **** the sobbing girl you're now holding.

"Thanks," you say, following her as she leads you downstairs.

"I'm Tiana Willes. Chanel's one of my best friends," she says, virtually confirming your suspicion that she was one of the girls at the lake. "It's going to be ok Chanel," she adds soothingly, her face worried. "We're going to get you help." You give the sobbing girl in your arms a comforting squeeze, putting a look of concern on your face.

On the ground floor Tiana leads you to a door marked with a brass plaque stating 'Nurse' at the far end of the hallway. She opens the door and you step into a small office, with an open door leading to an adjacent examination room. There are no signs of anyone there.

"I don't know where Nurse Wulf is," Tiana says worriedly. "Maybe she's having lunch?"

"Why don't you go find her," you say. "I'll stay with Chanel."

The blonde nods and leaves, and you lead the clinging Chanel into the examination room and lift her onto the table, laying her on her back and stroking her forehead as she continues to whimper and cry.
