The hero falls

Ollie swung the overweight man, the pan colliding with his head. Although the blow had been hard, it seemed to do little more than piss the intruders off. The skinny guy pulled up his jeans as the fat intruder turned, grabbing Ollie's arm and delivering a powerful punch to his ribs, winding him. Ollie was on the back foot as the large man pounced, pinning him to the floor continuing his assault on the boy's torso.

The lanky man stood beside Ollie, prising the pan from his fingers. Three hard blows to the head with the frying pan was all it took for Ollie's world to be plunged into darkness.
