You push open the door and step into the shed. It smells of grass and warm earth although you have a momentary sense of a faint scent of perfume that disappears as soon as you think you notice it. You look around the room, seeing the same collection of gardening equipment you saw last night, your eyes roaming over the back wall looking for any hint of the door you know is there.

You can't see anything, and for a moment imagine that the events of last night were a dream. To convince yourself it was real you reach up on the wall, pressing on the boards until you hear a soft click. You push on the wall and the door opens into darkness, removing the shreds of doubt that you were imagining things.
